Tiles have been the dominant Middle Eastern floor for 8,000 years for one reason — when installed correctly, they last longer than the building. Porcelain absorbs less than 0.5% water, marble has held up emperors' palaces, and terrazzo floors are still serving in 100-year-old cathedrals.

Porcelain Tiles
The Workhorse.
Fired at 1,200°C+ from refined clay and feldspar, porcelain is the densest, hardest, lowest-absorption (under 0.5%) tile. The Dubai standard for indoor floors, outdoor pavers and commercial fit-outs.

Ceramic Tiles —
Glazed & Affordable.
Fired at lower temperature than porcelain, ceramic is softer, lighter and substantially cheaper. Wall-rated and light-traffic floor-rated. The right choice for budget renovations, bathrooms walls, splashbacks, and any indoor dry-area floor.

Porcelain Slabs.

Measure, photograph, check substrate flatness, moisture, recommend correct tile + adhesive class.

3–6 tile samples delivered. Joint-width samples laid. Written quote covers tile, prep, adhesive, grout.

Self-levelling compound if needed, primer, layout marking, dry-lay sample for sign-off.

C2TE flexible adhesive, mechanical tile-levelling clips, perfect joint spacing, cut at perimeter.
