SDN, Wool or
Sisal?
Three different stair-carpet personalities. We bring all three as samples.
- Solution-Dyed Nylon (SDN): The default — stain-fast, hard-wearing, 15-year life. AED 95/m².
- NZ Wool 60/40 Blend: Premium feel, softer, 20-year life. AED 180/m².
- Sisal & Coir: Natural fibre, coastal aesthetic, 10-year life. AED 220/m².
- Polypropylene: Budget option for guesthouses & rentals. AED 65/m².
Reinforced
Stair Nosings.
The tread edge ("nosing") takes 80% of stair-carpet wear. Without reinforcement, the carpet wears through in 18 months. We fit factory-bonded plastic-core nosings or stainless steel L-profile nosings on every tread — extending carpet life 3× and dramatically improving safety.

Three Installation
Styles.
Different staircase types need different installation approaches.
- Full-Width: Carpet covers entire tread & riser, wall-to-wall. Traditional villa look.
- Runner Style: Centre runner with exposed wood/marble margins each side. Modern hotel feel.
- Cap & Band: Carpet over tread top only, riser exposed. Most contemporary look.
- Bull-Nose Tread: Specialist wrap for rounded staircase nosings.
Open-Tread &
Floating Staircases.
Modern Dubai villas often feature open-tread or floating staircases where there's no riser at all. These need a specialist tread-wrap installation — carpet wraps the tread top and front edge, but no riser cover. More labour-intensive but visually stunning.

Rod & Eyelet
Runner Carpets.
For villas that want the classical look, we fit traditional brass or stainless steel rod-and-eyelet runners. The rod holds the runner against the tread crease, allowing the carpet to be lifted and cleaned without disturbing the underlay.
