When Every Other
Floor Fails.
Rubber is the floor for environments that destroy normal flooring — dropped weights, forklift wheels, hot oil, chemical spills, constant impact, sweat, salt and the occasional crashed go-kart. It absorbs what other materials reflect, and it lasts a decade in conditions that finish vinyl in months.
In Dubai we install rubber in commercial gyms, home gyms, garages, warehouses, sports tracks, playgrounds, ice rinks, kitchens, gas-station forecourts and basement parking. Each environment specs differently — there is no single "rubber floor".

Recycled SBR Rubber
Tiles & Rolls.
SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) recovered from end-of-life truck tyres, washed, kiln-dried and binder-bonded with polyurethane. Available in tiles (500×500 / 1000×1000mm) or rolls (1.25m × 10m), thicknesses 8mm to 50mm. The gym & industrial default.

EPDM
Coloured Rolls.
Virgin Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer rubber in 1.25m rolls. Unlike recycled SBR, EPDM is UV-stable and supplied in 20+ solid & flecked colours — branded gym zones, retail, hospitality, premium studios.

Polyurethane
Sprint Tracks.
Two-layer cast-in-place PU track surface. Base layer of rubber granules bonded with polyurethane; top layer of spray-applied or trowelled-on PU with EPDM speckle for spike-friendly grip. Used in athletics tracks, agility lanes inside gyms, and sled push corridors.

Safety & Playground
Rubber.
Wet-poured rubber surfacing certified to EN 1177 fall-impact standards. Two layers: shock-absorbing base of rubber crumb (thickness matched to equipment fall height), bound EPDM granule top in any colour or pattern. The standard for Dubai nurseries, school playgrounds and residential play areas.
