Our installation price includes professional fitting, all adhesive and finishing accessories, removal of your existing flooring (on request), and final cleaning. There are no hidden call-out fees. We provide a fixed written quote before any work begins.
In most cases, yes — LVT Flooring can be laid over existing flat, solid tiles without removal, which saves time and cost. Our surveyor will assess your sub-floor during the free home visit and confirm suitability. Uneven surfaces may require levelling first.
Yes. All products in our range are specifically selected for the UAE climate — rated for temperatures up to 60°C and engineered to resist the Gulf's high humidity. This product carries a full waterproof rating, making it ideal for Dubai homes.
Maintenance is minimal. Regular sweeping and occasional damp mopping with a pH-neutral cleaner is all that's needed. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners and excessive standing water. We'll provide a full care guide on completion of your installation.
