Most residential installations of Canyon Oak Grey are completed within 1–2 days depending on the floor area. Our certified team works efficiently and cleans up fully before leaving. For large commercial spaces, we provide a detailed schedule before work begins.
Our installation price includes professional fitting, all adhesive and finishing accessories, removal of your existing flooring (on request), and final cleaning. There are no hidden call-out fees. We provide a fixed written quote before any work begins.
In most cases, yes — Laminate Flooring can be laid over existing flat, solid tiles without removal, which saves time and cost. Our surveyor will assess your sub-floor during the free home visit and confirm suitability. Uneven surfaces may require levelling first.
Yes. All products in our range are specifically selected for the UAE climate — rated for temperatures up to 60°C and engineered to resist the Gulf's high humidity. We recommend our waterproof LVT range for bathrooms and kitchens.
Maintenance is minimal. Regular sweeping and occasional damp mopping with a pH-neutral cleaner is all that's needed. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners and excessive standing water. We'll provide a full care guide on completion of your installation.
All products carry a manufacturer warranty which we register on your behalf. We also provide a separate 12-month installation workmanship guarantee. Any issues — we come back and fix them free of charge.
